- ASK FOR HELP
Remember you don’t have to do it all alone. Ask for help, and call upon your allies to fill in the gaps that you cannot yourself. You can clear your plate to create more time, space, and energy for your vitality. You are not ‘failing’ by receiving support, you are actually choosing to be way more effective and efficient with your goals. - VISION BOARD YOUR IDEAL REALITY
Sit down and get clear. Decide and design what the most supportive, fulfilling days look like where you are taking care of yourself & slaying your goals. Speak to exactly what you want without any ‘shoulds’ or ‘shouldn’ts’ and then start moving accordingly. Secret is; you will likely be surprised by how achievable this actually is. Sometimes all it takes is to map it out. - REMEMBER THE BIGGER PICTURE
When we are in overwhelm it can be so easy to stress over the tiny details, but when we look at the bigger picture we have the ability to zoom out and see what really matters. Whatever it is that you have been losing sleep over, shift your perspective to look at the bigger picture — it makes you realise that supporting whatever brings you the most peace is always the answer to a sustained and thriving lifestyle.
